Our Warehouse team strive to achieve despatching goods on the same day, after this it’s down to the courier which on average delivers in 3 working Days

If it has been more than 5 working days Please contact us through either email or phone, and our sales team will be happy to advise.

If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please do contact us within 7 working Days. Providing the goods are not special order items and they are returned in a state, fit for resale, we will refund your account to the appropriate value. In some circumstances a handling fee may be applicable

Please make sure you check all contents of boxes and pallets, checking off against the delivery note enclosed. On occasions, there may be some orders that are part delivered, rather than hold up the full order, we will despatch goods that are available. The rest of the order will likely follow shortly. When you submit your order we will reply to the email address you have given, confirming all your order details, including the products you have ordered and the total cost.

Yes, you will be issued with a VAT invoice for your records.

We will require certain details from you in order to place your order i.e. Full Name, Company, Billing & Delivery addresses, email addresses and contact numbers. There is also the option available to create your own account using a chosen email address and a password; but this is not compulsory for placing orders.
